Builders, not talkers
We want people who default to building something over writing a proposal about it. If your instinct when faced with a problem is to prototype, ship, and iterate — you'll fit in here. We have no use for people who theorize without executing.
Outcome-obsessed
Activity is not the same as results. We want people who hold themselves accountable to real outcomes — not hours worked, meetings attended, or tasks completed. If something isn't moving the needle, we want people who say so and change course.
AI-curious and technical
You don't have to be an ML researcher, but you have to genuinely understand and care about AI systems — how they work, where they fail, and how to deploy them reliably. Curiosity and technical rigor are non-negotiable.
